Youth Support

At Rere Services, our Youth Support services are designed to help young people navigate the challenges of growing up, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive. We provide person-centred and person-directed support, empowering youth to take control of their own lives while staying connected to whānau, culture, and community.

Our youth support includes:

  • Guidance through education pathways, vocational training, and employment options.
  • Support with life skills, including budgeting, time management, and self-care.
  • Encouragement to engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
  • Building resilience, confidence, and decision-making skills.
  • Assistance with transition planning from school to adulthood, independence, or community participation.
  • Flexible support tailored to individual goals, including options using Individualised Funding (IF) or other funding.

Through our Youth Support programs, young people are empowered to set goals, overcome challenges, and create positive futures, while feeling valued, included, and supported every step of the way.
